Did you not manage to spend all the funds you loaded onto your wristband at this year's event? You can request a refund using the simple form via our Flyn cashless system at the link below.

Refunds are completely free of charge, and this year you can once again choose to donate a portion of your remaining balance to a good cause or support the festival. Additionally, the payment can be split.

- I want to support the festival! – We hope you enjoyed this year's festival. If you would like to support its future growth, you can leave your remaining balance with us. We will do everything we can to take the festival a step further next year.

- I want to support the kindergarten in Spálené Poříčí – Your money will be used to equip a new classroom at the local kindergarten.

Any remaining amounts that are not requested for a refund will go directly into the Basinfirefest budget to help develop the festival. You can apply for a refund within 14 days, specifically until July 13, 2025 – 23:59:59.

How to request a refund for your unspent credit:

1. Open the link https://uno.flyn.cz/basin2026 and enter both numbers from the back of your chip
2. Fill out all the required details in the refund form and submit it
3. Your money will be refunded within 14 days of submitting your request
4. Please make sure all details are entered correctly. If you experience any issues with your refund, please contact customer support at info@flyn.cz.
