If a visitor refuses a security check, they may be denied entry to the festival grounds. Only visitors with a valid wristband may remain in the festival area. Damaged tickets are no longer valid.
  2. It is strictly prohibited to bring glass or plastic containers, cans, plastic canisters, pyrotechnics, open flames, weapons, umbrellas, and any items or substances that may endanger health into the event area. Items of this nature will be confiscated without compensation if this rule is violated.
  3. Bringing tape recorders, video cameras, or other devices for image and/or sound recording into the festival area is not allowed. The recording of audio, film, or video — even for private use — is strictly prohibited. Cameras are permitted.
  4. By entering, the ticket holder gives their explicit consent to the use of audio recordings, photos, films, or video recordings of themselves taken during or in connection with the event using any current or future technology, without financial compensation and without time or location restrictions.
  5. The ticket becomes invalid after the stub is torn off or the barcode or QR code is scanned (each code can only be used once). Re-entry is only permitted with a valid wristband securely attached to the wrist. Any damaged ticket or wristband becomes invalid and will not be replaced.
  6. Counterfeiting tickets or wristbands is illegal and punishable by law.
  7. Paid admission is non-refundable and tickets cannot be exchanged. In case the festival is cancelled or postponed, refund claims must be made at the point of purchase and within one month from the scheduled date. No reimbursement will be made for additional costs (hotel, travel, service fees).
  8. The organizers reserve the right to change the program or event date.
  9. Entering fenced-off areas, the stage, or backstage is strictly prohibited. Visitors must comply with the instructions of organizers, authorized personnel, security, fire and medical emergency staff.
  10. Camping is only allowed in designated and marked festival camping areas. Organizers are not responsible for lost or unattended belongings. Use official lockers for secure storage.

Refund requests are accepted for a limited time only. After this period, unused credit cannot be refunded and will be used to support the festival’s future development.
  15. Throwing cups with liquid among visitors is considered a serious violation of festival rules. Offenders will be ejected without the right to return, as will anyone who seriously violates the festival code.
