Accreditations for the 2025 edition are now open. Applications should be sent via email to vojtech.sedlak@obscure.cz (or matej.vanek@obscure.cz)
Please use following subject line for your email: BASINFIREFEST 25 - Accreditation Request - "Name of Media Outlet"
The appliacation deadline for accreditations is June 25, 2025. After this date, it will no longer be possible to apply in any form.
Basic requirements for accredtiation:
Ongoing coverage of Basinfirefest by your media outlet (please attach all concerned links in the e-mail accreditation application):
Minimum requirement is publication of at least 50% of the official press releases. You can find press releases and materials below.

At least two original articles.
Ongoing coverage on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) – along with proof of shared content as part of your accreditation application. (If your media outlet does not use social media, you must provide proof of its reach.)

Only submit one application per media outlet.
If there are multiple applicants from the same outlet, choose one contact person and one contact email.
Interviews with bands can only be requested through our team - via email, as part of your accreditation application. Please do not arrange interviews with bands on your own!
Accredited media agree to provide all their published outputs about the festival to the Basinfirefest team (after publication). These materials should be sent to vojtech.sedlak@obscure.cz by August 1 at the latest.
Please note that submitted applications do not automatically guarantee accreditation. Each request must first be approved. Meeting the above criteria will be an important factor in assessing accreditation applications for Basinfirefest and in prioritizing interview opportunities with performing bands in our Press Zone.
If your accreditation is approved, you must print your confirmation and bring it along with a valid ID card or passport. Festival wristbands will be issued at the Press Accreditation window (near the main entrance) upon presentation of these documents.
A PRESS ZONE will be available on-site, offering facilities, Wi-Fi access, and charging stations for your electronic devices. There will also be a schedule of interviews and a designated space to conduct them.
As part of your accreditation, you will receive access to the festival grounds and potentially a photo pass. Accreditation does not include camping, backstage access, or parking due to limited capacity.
Please keep in mind that Basinfirefest receives a huge number of accreditation requests every year, and it is simply not possible to accommodate everyone. The same applies to photo passes – space in front of the stages is limited. Once we have approved the requests of our long-term media partners, we will begin processing all other applications.
Please note that the organizers reserve the right to decline any accreditation due to missed deadlines, failure to meet the criteria, or submission of multiple applications without explanation. If your application is not approved this year, please understand.
