Do you have any leftover money on your chip? You can request a refund using the simple refund form of our cashless system Flyn via the link below.

Refunds are free of charge, and as is tradition, you can donate part of your remaining balance to a good cause or to the festival itself. You can also split the amount.

- I want to support the festival!– We hope you enjoyed this year’s Basin. If you'd like to support its future, simply leave your balance here. We’ll do our best to take the festival one step further next year.
- I want to support the kindergarten in Spálené Poříčí – Your donation will be used to equip a new classroom at the local kindergarten.

Any remaining balances not claimed for a refund will go into the Basinfirefest budget, which we’ll use to further develop the festival. You can request a refund within 14 days – until **July 14, 2025, 23:59:59**.

How to refund your unused credit:

- Go to https://uno.flyn.cz/basin2025 and enter the long number from the back of your chip.
- Fill in all required information in the refund form and submit it.
- Your money will be refunded within 14 days of submitting your request.
- Make sure to enter all details correctly. In case of issues, contact customer support at info@flyn.cz
