One of the most defining chapters of Czech 90s rock comes alive right at Basinfirefest! Hailing from Pilsen, Alice burst onto the scene like a bolt of lightning in 1991 with their debut album YEAH!, showing exactly how honest, groovy, world-class rock 'n' roll should sound. Energetic guitar riffs, a driving rhythm section, and above all, the unmistakable, raw vocals of a young Dan Bárta instantly launched them into cult status. Anthems like „Slepej, mladej, mrtvej" and „A to tě trochu bolí“ became legendary hits, perfectly capturing an era when Czech rock found a fresh, powerful stride.
At Basinfirefest, Alice will perform in their ultimate and most iconic lineup: Dan Bárta on vocals, dual guitarists Lumír Václavík and Martin Střeska, bassist Zdeny Podskalský, and drummer Jiří "Mikeš" Milý. No stand-ins, no compromises. Expect a pure dose of nostalgia, outstanding musical chemistry, and high-energy rock that hasn't lost a single drop of its original kick.
