The band NIAKARA represents a new force on the metal scene, bringing together experienced musicians with a rich history in leading Czech-Slovak bands. The band is led by bassist Zdeněk Kub, known from his time in Arakain, who brought the band to the scene with a vision of pure and uncompromising authorship - the new project brings his songs back to concert stages - from the well-known ones to previously unplayed tracks and novelties. From the very beginning, Zdeněk Kub has recruited distinctive and interesting bandmates. Mayo Petranin (Symphonity, Castaway) is behind the microphone, guitar solos and beglays are shared by modern sound enthusiast Petr Voháňka (Dirty Game) and prog-rock Martin Pavlíček (Not Perfect). Pavel Kubát (ex-Root) leads the band from behind two kickers at an uncompromising pace. NIAKARA is looking forward to the Czech and international audience that gathers at Basinfirefest and promises a lot of metal energy!
